you don’t see a lot of people doing such a backbend in the streets nowadays. i would even say you see more people with such trunks than people doing such backbends.
I don’t think that someone needs tutorial how to make so simply pose as this:-D

For many years nad had alot of training.
My back that much flexible.
i dont really think ur body is supposed to bend this way!
may be you do it in a bad way or you are to old
