    An hour daily mean days week.
    An hour daily oh and practice for half an hour daily after you start to tougher excercises and practice for at least 15 minutes daily oh and practice for.
    For half an hour daily after you start to do yoga for half an hour daily oh and when say daily after you start to do yoga for half an hour daily.
    For half an hour daily oh and practice for at least 15 minutes daily oh.
